This Privacy Policy describes how Inferenz Tech Pvt. Ltd., (“Inferenz,” “we,” “our” or “us”) collects, uses and shares information about you through websites or mobile apps operated by us from which you are accessing this Privacy Policy (the “Websites”), through our social media pages (our “Social Media Pages”) as well as through email messages that we may send to you that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, including the Websites and our Social Media Pages, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to our data collection activities offline or otherwise outside of our Services (except as described in Section 14 or unless otherwise stated below or at the time of collection). 6. ADVERTISING, ANALYTICS SERVICES, AND ONLINE TRACKING

We may participate in online advertising networks and exchanges that display relevant advertisements to our Service visitors, on our Services and on Third Party Services and off of our Services, based on your interests as reflected in your browsing of the Services and certain Third Party Services. These entities may use cookies and other Tracking Technologies to automatically collect information about you and your activities, such as registering a unique identifier for your device and tying that to your online activities on and off of our Services. Inferenz’ US subsidiary (Inferenz Inc.)  complies with the Privacy Shield Framework, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce, regarding the collection, use and retention of Personal Information. As Inferenz Inc. is a U.S. company, it has voluntarily decided to comply with the EU – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission. Inferenz Inc. annually certifies its adherence to the Privacy Shield Principles of: notice; choice; accountability for onward transfer; security; data integrity and purpose limitation; access; and recourse, enforcement and liability.

 

9. ACCESSING AND CHANGING INFORMATION

Inferenz will provide web pages or other mechanisms allowing you to correct or update some of the Personal Information you have provided us.
